Foreclosure Freezes...

We have been receiving a lot of calls from the people in our community about the foreclosure freezes by major lenders & what it means to them as homeowners. So as a community service, I am reaching out to provide information.

Any type of foreclosure freeze really translates into more time for struggling homeowners to find better alternatives to a foreclosure. Obviously it is not an excuse to avoid paying mortgage payments, but it has bought a lot of time for homeowners to research other options.

I want everyone in our community to know that there are solutions out there; even if they are already in the foreclosure process or if they owe more on their home than it's currently worth & don't know what to do.
